About the Role
We are recruiting a Social Worker to support our Safeguarding Service.
Responsibilities
- Lead meaningful work with children and families, collaborating closely with partners to deliver high‑quality, integrated support.
- Support families at the right time using a relational and restorative approach, strengthening families and improving outcomes across the whole system.
- Work within the Families First approach and multi‑agency teams, providing timely intervention and consistent, long‑term relationships with families.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed the ASYE (Associate Social Work Experience) programme.
- Experience working with children and families in a safeguarding context.
- Ability to collaborate with police, health and education partners.
