Responsibilities
- Distribute incoming mail to relevant member of the team within the department
- Deal with internal/external enquiries on a daily basis
- Provide a professional reception service to all staff and visitors to the department
- Ensure information is accurately dealt with daily, referring to performance manager, team leader or management when necessary
- Be responsible for filing documents within the office
- Use the T‑DOC system to locate equipment
- Organise and check loan instrumentation for surgery
