Youth Mentor — SEMH & Trauma Support (Hackney)

Milk Education is seeking Youth Mentors for roles in Hackney to support young people struggling in mainstream education. As a mentor, you will work with students affected by SEMH, anxiety, and trauma, helping them to develop emotional regulation and re-engage with learning.

This full-time position offers a daily rate of £107–£115 and requires no teaching qualification. The role is ideal for candidates with a background in youth work, mentoring, or psychology who desire meaningful, person-centered work.
