Field Services Support Operations Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: The Field Services Support Operations Specialist provides logistical and technical assistance to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and tactical readiness for technicians deploying to offshore wind projects, ensuring they have necessary resources (computers, PPE, etc.).
• Assist the Resource Management Leader in building deployment schedules and communicating schedules to technicians and site operations leaders.
• Manage and maintain documentation and systems that support resource deployment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is required.
• Experience in offshore wind is preferred.
• Prior experience coordinating resource deployment or relevant scheduling activities.
