Housing Support Worker – Sustain Tenancies & Independence

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable adults across Ealing and Brent. In this role, you will manage a caseload, conduct needs assessments, and deliver tenancy related support to help residents maintain their accommodation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supported housing or homelessness services, strong organisational skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve independence. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.
