The successful candidate will provide tailored support to individuals within a prison environment, helping them navigate personal challenges and prepare for reintegration into society.
This permanent role involves managing a caseload, collaborating with mentors, and ensuring adherence to safeguarding practices. Candidates with a background in probation, social care, or community outreach, as well as recent graduates, are encouraged to apply.
Competitive salary between £25,877 and £29,000 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave and a pension scheme.
