Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and internal insurance systems, diagnosing and resolving common user issues.
- Assist staff with access to systems, including password resets, user account setup, and permissions management in line with data protection policies.
- Support the monitoring of cyber security and data protection practices, identifying potential risks and escalating concerns in line with FCA and GDPR requirements.
- Assist with maintaining secure handling of sensitive client data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Support routine system checks and basic troubleshooting of network and office-based technology.
- Help maintain accurate records of IT support queries, system updates, and issue resolutions.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up IT equipment and system access.
