1st Line IT Support Advisor | Customer Care Champion

Manpower UK has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor, working with our client, Capgemini, based in Inverness. In this role, you will provide 1st line IT support, responding to customer requests via telephone, email, and web chat.

The position offers 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with a salary of £13.45 per hour. Successful candidates will be trained to ensure an excellent service experience.
