Templemoor Infant and Nursery School – Dual Role: Before and After School Club Team Leader & School Administrator
Fixed Term Maternity Cover from September 2026 to May 2027 – Band 4, Point 12 to 17, Salary: £24,598 – £26,683 per annum, 36.25 hours per week, term time only plus INSET days.
Job Purpose
Lead the wraparound care provision (Breakfast and After School Club) and support the school office.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the before and after school club safely and efficiently.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver a variety of activities for children aged 3 to 11 years.
- Line‑manage the club team, ensuring consistent quality and policy compliance.
- Communicate with parents, carers and school staff.
- Perform administrative tasks in the school office.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Experience working with primary-aged children and knowledge of safeguarding legislation.
- Proficient in ICT, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Administrative experience.
- Hard‑working, professional, reliable and effective communicator.
