Qualifications
- Has experience supporting children’s learning or wellbeing
- Has a strong understanding of child development and effective learning strategies
- Is able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff and work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is proactive, patient and able to motivate and encourage pupils to succeed
- Has effective behaviour management skills
- Is organised and able to support the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Has a genuine passion for education and making a difference in young people’s lives
