Housing Stability Advocate – Prevention & Support

Walsall Council is seeking passionate and proactive Homeless Prevention Officers to join our Customer Engagement service. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to individuals and families at risk of homelessness, promoting independence and helping secure safe housing.

You will assess needs, liaise with landlords, and offer advice on financial assistance. This is a rewarding role with excellent opportunities for training and career development, making a real difference in people’s lives.
