RE Teacher or Music Teacher / Stoke-on-Trent / September Start / Fixed-Term Contract

Academics is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school looking to appoint either:
- An RE Teacher on a part‑time basis (3 days per week).
- An RE & Music Teacher on a full‑time basis, teaching RE for 3 days and Music for the remaining 2 days.
This role is due to start in September and is offered on a fixed‑term basis initially until December, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.
RE Teacher or Music Teacher – Role Information
- Plan and deliver engaging RE and/or Music lessons across KS3‑KS5.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Engage, motivate, and challenge students.
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
- Contribute positively to the department and wider school community.

RE Teacher or Music Teacher – Applicant Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in RE or Music.
- Recent experience teaching Music and/or RE up to KS5.
- Excellent subject knowledge with a specialism in RE and/or Music.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A positive, reliable, and professional approach.
