We are seeking to recruit a permanent Property Partnerships Assistant. Working within the Property Partnerships and Innovation team, the post holder will assist in the commercial activities delivered by operational teams and will be required to engage well with both internal and external stakeholders.

What is involved?
The Property Partnerships Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Property Partnerships Manager and wider team, contributing to a diverse range of activities.
- Calculate customer charges and support debt recovery processes
- Resolve customer complaints
- Produce performance reports
- Manage customer relationships
- Promote services and marketing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Provide cover and support for the Property Improvement Assistant, Property Liaison Officer, and other members of the Property Partnerships and Innovation Team as required
What will I need?
An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject. Please refer to the attached person specification for the full criteria.
