The role of Senior Chef de Partie:
- Take a hands-on approach to food preparation, ensuring thatdishes are executed to perfection andin accordance withestablishedstandards.
- Take responsibility formaintainingimpeccablestandards of food presentation, taste, and safety within your station.
- Cook seasonalclassicEuropean cuisine, using qualityfreshingredients.
- Experience in a busy and organised kitchen, with the abilityto support multiple sections and guide a team of junior chefs.
