Floor Trainer & Team Coach — Elevate Guest Experience

Fogo de Chão Liverpool is seeking an experienced Floor Trainer to lead our team. In this role, you’ll supervise and motivate the floor staff to ensure a smooth running of the restaurant and exceptional guest experiences.

A strong communicator with a passion for service will thrive in this fast-paced environment. A good level of English is required, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred. The position offers a competitive pay rate starting at £12.80 per hour plus tronc.
