TRO Technician: AutoCAD & GIS Specialist (Flexible)

Luton Borough Council is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) Technician to join the Network & Safety team. Your role will include supporting traffic management and parking schemes, producing technical drawings using AutoCAD, and maintaining essential records.
