- £28k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k!

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling potential clients and candidates, pitching services and the role you can offer them, while also dealing with rejection that can arise.
- Guiding candidates through the process, offering advice and support on different stages, while also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place.
- Attending client meetings to gain a greater insight into what they are looking for in new hires.
- Market research to stay up to date with new developments within your sector.
The Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially driven – a strong desire to earn big and be successful!
- Competitive – someone who thrives in this type of environment; a background in sports or similar is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Degree educated or commercial experience.
