Overview
Culcheth Community High School currently have an opportunity for a School Lettings Support Technician to join our CHS Hire Team. CHS Hire operates outside of usual school hours providing leisure facilities and activities to community groups and sports teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide a ‘meet and greet’ service for all bookings. Ensuring visitors and customers receive a welcome impression, which reflects the high standards of the school
- Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and presentable environment for customers and colleagues
- Set up equipment or furniture as required for events and activities
- Provide a positive experience for our users, whilst ensuring that the building and facilities are operated in compliance with health & safety, operational and security procedures
- Support regular pre and post lettings inspections of field, 3G pitch and multi-use games area, to ensure they are safe and any maintenance issues are promptly dealt with
- Key holder responsibilities: Undertake light cleaning duties to maintain appearance and safety of facilities
- Process client payments as required
This is a part time permanent role working 21.25 hours per week over a two-week shift pattern. We require a reliable and committed individual, who is able to work evenings and weekends and who can be flexible around booking demands. The shift pattern is as follows: Week 1 Rest week with potential for additional hours Week 2 Friday 4:15pm – 10:15pm Saturday 8am – 5pm Sunday 8am – 3:30pm
Requirements
- The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a customer facing role.
- A positive and friendly disposition is essential.
- You will be confident, assertive and able to resolve queries whilst adhering to operational procedures.
- Attention to detail and diligence when following guidelines are paramount.
- To be suitable you must be practical, with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
- You will be proactive, pragmatic with a problem-solving approach.
