Lead SEMH Teacher – Build a New Provision in Southampton

Academics is seeking a passionate SEMH Teacher to play a lead role in a new Alternative Provision in Southampton, starting September 2026. This full-time, permanent position combines teaching and leadership, focusing on Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in SEMH settings, able to build relationships with pupils and families, and ensure effective behaviour management. A competitive salary and SEN allowance are included.
