Qualified Coach Driver – Dumfries- ***£2500 SIGN ON BONUS***

Overview

Join Stagecoach as a qualified bus driver and start your career in Dumfries, earning an annual salary of £29,913 based on 39 hours per week. You’ll begin with a training pay rate of £14.75 per hour. Stagecoach offers a £2 500 joining bonus: £500 after 4 weeks, £1 000 after 12 months and £1 000 after 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Drive Stagecoach coaches safely and smoothly.
• Ensure every customer has a great journey.
• Deliver top‑notch customer service to people of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers, especially those who rely on us most.
• Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 21 years old with a PCV licence held for longer than 1 year.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A patient, safe and courteous approach to driving.
• Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
• A willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
• Coaching experience is preferred but not essential.
