We’re looking for a Retail Team Member to welcome visitors to the National Trust shop at Erddig, answer their questions and help them make the most of their day.
Contract Details
Salary: £12.75 per hour. Contract Duration: Fixed term until 11th September 2027. Contract Type: Zero‑hour contract – no guaranteed set number of hours each week. Working hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with shifts that may be full‑day, morning or afternoon. The role includes weekends and bank holidays but no evening or split shifts.
Role Overview
As a member of the retail team, you’ll offer visitors help and advice with their shopping. You’ll have high standards of presentation in the shop while providing excellent service to all customers. You’ll also explain how purchases support the work of the National Trust and may be responsible for arranging, receiving, unpacking deliveries, creating shop displays and maintaining a clean, organised shop floor.
