Salary & Allowances
Starting salary: £25,201 per year (£12.71 per hour)After 6 months: £27,561 per year (£13.94 per hour)Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)Paid weekday and weekend overtime
Additional Allowances:
- Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)

Responsibilities
- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, dependable service
Qualifications
- A full manual UK driving licence (Cat C1 up to 7.5 tonnes) registered to current address, with no more than 6 points and DCQC accreditation
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Customer focused, friendly, dependable, and team player
- Comfortable working independently
- Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation
