Job Title: HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver
Location: Rochford
Salary: £16.08 PAYE per hour, weekly pay – Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30
Our client, a waste management company based in Rochford, is recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver to join their waste and recycling team. Responsibilities
- Driving an HGV Class 2 dustcart on planned local collection routes
- Completing waste and recycling collections safely and efficiently
- Assisting loaders with collections when required
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous dustcart or waste collection driving experience is desirable
- Valid HGV Class 2 Category C licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good local area knowledge of Rochford is beneficial
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
