Pay rate: £15.37 Various shifts (to be discussed at interview).

Mitie is looking for elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti‑social behaviour upon colleagues and customers. You must hold a current SIA licence. Vetting: It is vital that you have a full 5‑year checkable employment/education history; failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment stopped.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
• Create a safe environment, free from crime and the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
• Manage anti‑social behaviour and build relationships with those causing it.
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence.
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service.
• Support the police and crime partnerships where required to aid the reduction of crime in store.
• Wear body‑worn CCTV to support the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety.
