A leading independent law firm based in Nottingham is looking to hire a Commercia Property Solicitor.

The ideal candidate will be between NQ and 4 years PQE

Working as part of the Property Team, you will have direct access to clients and play a hands-on role in advising on projects from initial instruction through to completion, spanning a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

Commercial acquisitions & disposals

Commercial & residential development projects

Commercial property leases

Reorganisations

Banking & security

Landlord and tenant advice.

Efficiently dealing with enquiries.

Managing your own caseload.

Skills, experience:

Ability to provide a cost-effective service and meet financial KPIs

Provide advice to clients in plain English

Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

Ambitious and wishing to advance your career

Team player

Enthusiastic personality

Looking to make a mark and make a difference

A keen attention to detail whilst also maintaining efficient progress
