The Role
We’re working with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS business looking to hire an SDR Lead to take ownership of a high-performing outbound team.
This is a genuine player-coach role. You’ll be responsible for leading, developing and motivating the SDR team while continuing to contribute directly to pipeline generation yourself.
The business is looking for someone who has already managed SDRs or BDRs within a SaaS environment and understands what great outbound looks like. You’ll be expected to coach the team, improve performance, refine outbound processes and help shape the next phase of growth.
