Senior, AI Growth Partner

Responsibilities

• Monitor product adoption and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improved usage and impact, and drive those opportunities through with customers.
• Unblock internal escalations by partnering with cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, product delivery, support, and sales.
• Build relationships and credibility with key contacts at all levels, proactively identify contact gaps, and foster new relationships cross‑functionally.
• Drive customer satisfaction through impeccable execution and strategic value add, guaranteeing customer renewal.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, HR talent acquisition/management/learning, customer success, or account management.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies in the HR space or at a fast‑growing SaaS company.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills in complex, multi‑stakeholder situations.
• Top‑level data analysis and synthesis abilities.
• Attention to detail, fundamentals of project management, and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
