International Private Bank, Vice President, EMEA Sponsors Lending & Fund Finance

Responsibilities

• Working with clients and assisting on structuring and negotiating funds finance lending to private equity firms
• Partner with team members to understand needs and deliver sophisticated lending solutions to founders / senior team at private equity firms
• Support senior Lending Advisors to work on credit leads from prospects and existing clients and assist on credit marketing initiatives across Europe
• Work alongside underwriters and Risk teams to manage the credit approval process through to loan execution, drawdown, and post-closing checks
• Conduct loan pricing and return on equity analysis for Advisors
• Prepare presentations and management information analysis on the loan portfolio of the team

Qualifications

• Excellent academic credentials and experience in a structured finance, leveraged finance or funds finance environment
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Team-player with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting a range of competing deadlines
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; coding skills would be considered an asset
