You’llbeanexperiencedfinanceprofessionalwhoenjoysthevarietyandownershipthatcomeswithworkinginagrowingSME.Organised,approachableandcommerciallyaware,you’llbeequallycomfortablerollingyoursleevesupwiththeday-to-dayfinanceactivitiesasyouarepresentingaccurate,insightfulmanagementinformation.
You’llalsohave:
- Previousexperienceasahands-onFinanceManager,FinancialControllerorCompanyAccountantwithinanSMEenvironment.YouwillhavesupportedanSMEeitherinastandaloneaccountingroleorwithasmallteaminfinance.
- Theabilitytoindependentlymanagetheentirefinancefunctionanddeliveraccurate,timelymanagementaccounts.
- CIMAorACCAqualification(orbequalifiedbyexperiencewithAATasaminimum).
- Strongsystemsskills,withpreviousSageorXeroexperiencehighlydesirable.
- Acalm,pragmaticandsolutions-focusedapproach.
- TheconfidenceandcredibilitytoactasatrustedbusinesspartnertotheManagingDirector.
