GP Training Programme Director: IMG Support & EDI Lead

NHS England is seeking a Training Programme Director to support GP trainees who are International Medical Graduates in the Wessex Deanery. The role involves overseeing training projects, collaborating with Educational Supervisors, and addressing Differential Attainment.

The ideal candidate will have MRCGP, leadership experience, and commitment to education and training values. This role does not provide visa sponsorship, and candidates must currently work in NHS clinical practice.
