BIM / Information Manager – Consultancy

We are a very successful, dynamic, management consultancy working on a wide range of large-scale, challenging, high-profile BIM projects. This role offers an opportunity to transition from design BIM to best-practice advisory and support the supply chain in delivering digital excellence.

Salary

Up to £60,000 per year.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and support BIM documentation, processes and protocols for a variety of customers and projects.
• Be experienced in using IFC & IFC-SPF.
• Run Information Management projects for a variety of clients.
• Offer an excellent standard of customer service.
• Use Revit for modelling.
• Use either Solibri or Navisworks for clash detection & data checking.
• Export and federate COBie spreadsheets for construction projects.
• Define and deliver working procedures.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Attend and run client meetings.
• Work to deadlines under own supervision.
• Be a proactive team member, willing to learn and contribute to the wider team.
• Support the business development team with prospects, including technical qualification, preparation, scope of works and delivery of effective demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Deliver better solutions directly to clients and experience positive change to achieve personal and customer satisfaction.
• Work from home.

Locations

Birmingham, Manchester, London, Oxford, Bristol, or fully remote.
