£55k – £65k plus car allowance or allowance

TS Recruitment is working on behalf of a tier2 regional contractor, recruiting for a senior site manager to join their established operational team.

This is a permanent role as the number1 site manager on an £11m new build scheme incorporating steel frame and traditional brick and block.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enforce Health and Safety
• Quality monitoring
• Subcontractor management
• Manage day‑to‑day activity
• Programme management

Key Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• New‑build commercial construction experience
• Steel frame new‑build experience
• Good communication skills
• IT literate
