Role / Department

A role within the Private Equity (PE) Operations team supporting a key client. You will work with global teams to deliver accounting and operational tasks on time, meet KPIs, and manage client queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the team, driving collaboration, performance, and clear communication
  • Coordinate deliverables, set timelines with clients, and ensure global adherence
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and act as a key point of contact for complex issues
  • Oversee and review financial reporting, including Board-level reporting where required
  • Ensure completion of statutory reporting and Guernsey regulatory requirements (FRR/LRR)
  • Manage fund activities including valuations, distributions, and capital calls
  • Support internal reporting and identify process improvements

Client & Team Management

  • Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams
  • Resolve queries, attend meetings, and present updates where needed
  • Support team workload, monitor mailboxes, and assist across tasks
  • Contribute to new business discussions and fee reviews

General

  • Act as an authorised signatory
  • Contribute to team priorities and projects
  • Maintain knowledge of Guernsey regulations and fund administration practices

Skills / Qualifications

  • ACA/ACCA qualified; knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Understanding of Guernsey regulatory environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and organisational ability
  • Advanced Excel; Investran beneficial
  • Self-starter, flexible, and able to work under pressure
