Our Regional Underwriting team is searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter to join us. As a Senior New Business Underwriter, you will manage new portfolio’s and play a pivotal role in attracting new customers. This market-facing position requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for doing what’s right for our customers.

Qualifications
- Experience: Proven expertise in Property and Casualty Underwriting.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and confidence in decision-making.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenging existing processes and decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage varying workloads and pressures with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Customer Focus: A customer‑centric mindset, always prioritising the needs of our customers.
