Independent Living Scheme Manager – Care & Community Lead

CIH International Housing Group is seeking an Independent Living Scheme Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at Gordon Colling House in Bedford. This role focuses on managing a responsive service that helps residents maintain independence and engages them in community activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in managing complex situations. They will ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents aged over 55 while working closely with onsite care teams.
