Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join our dynamic Children and Families team. In this role you will provide high‑quality, customer‑focused business support, ensuring services run smoothly and efficiently across a range of teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, timely, and flexible business support across service areas.
- Manage and respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain a good understanding of financial management and accurate record‑keeping.
- Produce, analyse, and maintain accurate data and records.
- Support meetings, including minute‑taking and coordination.
- Update and manage information systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and resolve issues independently or appropriately escalate.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide flexible cover across teams.
Work Location
Centralised Business Support service with teams based at Etrop Court in Wythenshawe and Leaving Care in Crumpsall. This is an office‑based role. Following successful completion of probation, there may be an option to work from home one day per week, depending on service requirements.
