Housing Outreach & Tenancy Support Officer

Cumberland Council is seeking two Tenancy Sustainment Officers to work full-time on a fixed-term contract. You will engage with vulnerable adults in North and West locations to prevent homelessness and assist in rehousing.

The role demands excellent communication and organisational skills, as you will support individuals transitioning off the streets into sustainable housing. Knowledge of welfare benefits and outreach experience will be advantageous.
