Requirements
- Strong experience working as a Product Owner
- Strong experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Good understanding of data flows, analytics and stakeholder management
- Comfortable working within fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience within the Insurance or Reinsurance industry is highly desirable
- Experience working with Data Scientists and Software Engineers is highly desirable
- Technical background or strong technical understanding is highly desirable
- Exposure to analytics, modelling or data-led environments is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cross‑functional teams of up to 50 people across Data Science, Engineering and Underwriting
- Oversee end‑to‑end product and data pipeline workflows
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and business leadership teams
- Drive delivery priorities, sprint planning and workflow management
- Produce and interpret analytical and operational reports using tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Ensure effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
