We’re partnering with an exceptional startup founded by two very well-educated, second-time founders who are tackling a huge legacy industry with an AI-first approach.

Having secured one of Entrepreneur First’s largest ever pre‑seed investments, they’re now hiring their first Founding Engineers to help build a category-defining company from day one!

Build the product, infrastructure, and AI systems from scratch

What you’ll do

• Build and ship core product features end-to-end
• Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and integrations
• Develop AI agents, LLM workflows, and retrieval systems
• Own technical decisions and shape engineering culture
• Work directly with customers and founders to solve complex real‑world problems

What we’re looking for

• Strong backend engineering experience, ideally with Python
• Experience building AI products, agents, RAG systems, or LLM‑powered applications
• High agency with a founder mentality
• Proven track record of shipping quickly and taking ownership
• Strong product instincts and excellent communication skills
