Managed Services Growth Specialist

Phoenix Software, a leading IT solutions provider in the UK, is seeking a Solutions Specialist to enhance its Managed Services portfolio. In this role, you’ll support the sales process by acting as a primary contact for inquiries and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of IT services and experience in Managed Services or IT sales. You’ll contribute to proposal development and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive service adoption and improvement.
