London 1st Line IT Support Analyst – Onsite

Aquis Exchange is hiring a 1st Line Support Analyst in London. You will provide desktop support across various systems, working primarily onsite with a support rota covering 8am to 6pm.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for IT and be able to diagnose issues in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365. Key responsibilities include setting up new equipment, managing user accounts, and supporting Microsoft Teams AV systems.
