We’re looking for a 1-year fixed term contract Senior HRIS Analyst based at our Paddington Head Office. You will be accountable for managing the governance framework for global HR processes and data structures within the core HR module of our HRIS, SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HRIS Change Governance Forum.
- Manage the Data Dictionary.
- Determine the impact to processes within the system.
- Act as a bridge between local and global needs, ensuring that local requirements are incorporated where feasible without compromising consistent global ways of working.
- Ensure that all sites are adhering to the global ways of working.
- Maintain the Operating Procedure to clearly outline what processes are required and why they are processed in a certain way.
- Own the work instructions to clearly outline how processes are required to be administered in the system.
- Own the technical workbooks for Employee Central.
- Have detailed knowledge of the business rules set up in the system and how they work (e.g. derivation logic, notifications, alerts).
- Determine requirements of process changes.
- Support UAT for any system updates and provide a global template to support aligned communication of the changes/updates.
Qualifications
- Experience in HRIS governance, change management, and global process oversight.
- Strong understanding of HR data governance, data quality, and system-driven processes.
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including business rules and workflows.
- Experience operating in a global environment, balancing standardisation with local needs.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and supporting UAT and system releases.
- Ability to drive process improvement, adoption, and compliance across multiple sites.
- Experience creating clear documentation, training materials, and delivering knowledge transfer.

Security Vetting
