Aerospace Project Lead: Engineering Delivery & IPT

Morson Edge is seeking a Work Package Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team for an aerospace client based in Luton. In this role, you will plan and schedule engineering activities, track progress, and ensure project compliance with customer and legal requirements.

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the engineering lifecycle. This is a 12-month contract, with four days on-site per week.
