Compliance Tenant Liaison Officer
Coventry / Birmingham / Worcester (Field Based)
Hourly Rate: £18.15 LTD per hour (£15.84 PAYE Inclusive)
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday
Contract: 12 Week Contract (Potential for Extension)
Role
You will act as the key link between residents, contractors, and internal teams, helping to ensure access is gained for essential compliance inspections and safety improvement works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting residents and contractors to arrange access for compliance inspections and planned works
- Building positive relationships with customers through face‑to‑face visits and telephone contact
- Managing customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved effectively
- Supporting communications around compliance and building safety programmes
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to improve customer engagement and access rates
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Identifying barriers to access and implementing practical solutions
About You
- Experience in a customer‑facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone and face‑to‑face customer service experience
- Good administrative and data entry skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
- The ability to travel daily across Birmingham, Coventry and Worcester
Desirable
- Experience within social housing
- Knowledge of compliance, repairs, or building safety programmes
