Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and continuously improve early-career and lived-experience programmes, including work experience placements, internships, student placements, apprenticeships, volunteering opportunities, graduate schemes, and government employability and workforce programmes.
  • Design inclusive talent pathways that create opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds and with lived experience.
  • Collaborate with Talent Development, Resourcing, Service User Involvement, operational teams, and external partners to create quality pathways that incorporate learning journeys and development experiences.
  • Use insight, feedback, and data to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
  • Act as a visible ambassador for Nacro, championing inclusion, lived experience, and social impact through partnerships, career events, and external engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Experience designing, delivering, or improving early careers, employability, volunteering, apprenticeship, or workforce development programmes.
  • Understanding of how inclusive talent pathways create opportunities for diverse backgrounds and individuals with lived experience.
  • Passion for helping individuals develop skills, confidence, and career prospects.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in using insight, feedback, and data to drive improvement and demonstrate impact.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
  • Commitment to creating inclusive environments where everyone can succeed.
