Job Overview

A Sales Executive at Loupe will sell fine jewellery and luxury watches in our new boutique in Croydon.

Location: Croydon • Working hours: 40 hours per week • Starting salary: £27,905.33 per annum (£13.37 per hour) plus bonus and benefits, with opportunity to increase to £30,905.35 following training and accreditations.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and help them find the perfect product.
  • Present and display jewellery and watches to create memorable client experiences.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain accountability.
  • Learn product knowledge, store culture, and merchandising skills.
  • Ensure an appealing store environment and support colleagues.

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about client experience and a down‑to‑earth approach.
  • Excellent listening skills, honesty, and authenticity.
  • Eye for detail and a willingness to learn about jewellery and watches.
  • Motivated to meet targets and improve performance.
  • Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
