Water Treatment Engineer – FM Service Provider – Canary Wharf – Temp to perm

An opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider at Canary Wharf! CBW is recruiting a Water Treatment Engineer to look after high-end residential buildings. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment on swimming pools and hot tubs. Water treatment qualifications are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Temperature Monitoring / testing
• Swimming pool and Hot tub back washing and Chemical dosing
• Showerhead Descales
• Cold Water Storage Tank Inspections & Cleans
• Cooling Tower Clean & Disinfections
• TMV Servicing
• Water Sampling
• LTHW Systems Testing & Analysis
• Dosing of Inhibitor & Biocide
• Cooling System Testing & Analysis
• Steam Boiler Testing & Analysis
• Water Softener Servicing
• Plumbing Remedial Works

Hours of work / pay

• 7:00am – 16:00pm
• Monday – Friday
• Up to £27p/h
• Up to £47k

Requirements

• L8 Awareness
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment
• City and Guilds in Plumbing – Desirable
• Prior experience working in high end properties
• Prior experience working on hot tubs and swimming pools
