Customer Support & Admin Officer

Cormac is seeking a highly organized Customer Support Officer to join their Highways & Environment division in Redruth, England. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding support to internal teams and the public, managing enquiries, and ensuring up-to-date customer service standards.

Ideal candidates will have a background in administration or customer service, strong communication skills, and hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (c) or above. The position offers full-time or part-time options with core working hours from 0800 to 1600, Monday to Friday.
