Commercial Excellence & Planning Manager
As our new Commercial Excellence & Planning Manager, you will own the master plan for all change initiatives within the commercial organization. Joining our Commercial Enablement team, you will navigate a complex web of people, process, and tool updates to ensure they are delivered in sync across the company. Your mission is to provide the strategic oversight and governance needed to turn high‑level vision into operational reality. You will play a vital role in smoothing out transitions and implementing the various projects that drive our commercial organization forward.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the centralized commercial change roadmap, ensuring total alignment across all concerned functions and departments.
- Design and lead steering committees, producing executive‑level reports on risks, blockers, and key decisions for the CRO.
- Align project timelines and track critical milestones to ensure complex changes are delivered without disrupting sales flow.
- Liaise with cross‑functional departments like Ops, Marketing, Finance, and HR to manage interdependencies.
- Define commercial “Success Metrics” and KPIs to measure the transformation’s impact on business performance and revenue.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or resource conflicts and propose structural solutions to the leadership team.
- Manage the “intake point” for ad‑hoc change requests coming from other departments into the commercial org.
About you
- High‑level education, ideally in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hands‑on commercial project management or change management related to a go‑to‑market organisation, preferably in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, as this role requires aligning change initiatives across the entire Malt organization.
- Strong command of project management methodologies to track milestones and ensure on‑time delivery of business initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to gather feedback and address resistance from the field quickly.
- Business acumen to connect transformation milestones directly to P&L impacts and revenue targets.
