Uno Hotels is an ambitious and growing UK hotel group with a portfolio of hotels across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and West London.
We are looking for a commercially driven, energetic and proactive Cluster Sales Executive to help drive corporate accommodation, meetings, conferences, events and group business across three of our hotels.
This is not a desk-based reactive sales role.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, winning new business, attending networking events and becoming a recognised face within the local business community.

The Role
The Cluster Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts across:
- Corporate Room Bookings
- Meetings & Conferences
- Training Courses
- Corporate Events
- Private Dining
- Group Accommodation
- Long Stay Business
- Contractor Accommodation
- Local Business Partnerships
You will work closely with hotel operations, reservations, revenue management and marketing teams to deliver revenue growth across the portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Business Development
- Identify and secure new corporate accommodation accounts.
- Develop negotiated rate agreements.
- Generate room nights from local and regional businesses.
- Conduct sales appointments, presentations and networking activities.
- Build relationships with travel bookers, office managers, HR teams and procurement departments.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Increase corporate room night production across all three hotels.
Meetings, Conferences & Events
Actively sell:
- Meeting rooms
- Training facilities
- Corporate events
- Team building events
- Networking events
- Business lunches
- Conferences
- Product launches
- Private dining events
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting site inspections.
- Preparing proposals and quotations.
- Following up enquiries.
- Converting enquiries into confirmed business.
- Building long-term client relationships.
Proactive Sales Activity
You will be expected to generate business through:
- Cold calling
- Business development visits
- Networking events
- LinkedIn prospecting
- Email campaigns
- Trade exhibitions
- Chamber of Commerce events
- Business networking groups
- Local community engagement
This role will involve regular travel across Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, Reading, Heathrow and surrounding areas.

- Manage existing corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews.
- Increase share of wallet from existing clients.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities across all hotels within the portfolio.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Record all sales activities and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly activity reports.
- Forecast future business opportunities.
- Track conversion rates and revenue production.
- Support commercial planning and budgeting processes.
What We Are Looking ForEssential
✔ Previous hotel sales, hospitality sales or business development experience.
✔ Proven track record of winning new business.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
✔ Self-motivated and target driven.
✔ Professional and confident approach.
✔ Strong organisational and time management skills.
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Desirable
✔ Experience selling hotel accommodation, meetings or events.
✔ Knowledge of the Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough and Heathrow markets.
✔ Existing local business contacts.
✔ Experience using CRM systems.
✔ Experience within an independent hotel group or branded hotel environment.
